Second NetBeans Lesson: If Statements and UI Properties

I’ve added a second NetBeans lesson, which I have called Lesson 1 because programmers start counting at 0! (I know I’m going to regret that.) In this I take the UI I created in Lesson 1 and add a Clear button and Encode button, but also disable the Encode button when there’s nothing to encode.
